What is IPTV?

Do I have to sign a contract of keep the service for a certain amount of time?
You will never have to sign a contract with Xpro TV. You will choose the subscription plan (one month, three months, six months or one year) that you want. Once the subscription is expired your done. You can then renew again if you choose.
What is the amount of bandwidth used by the IPTV stream?
Updated technologies are used for our IPTV streams, giving users the highest quality and compression settings available. IPTV streams range from 8 Mbit to 16 Mbit. If you access HD channels then it will require a 30 Mbit connection.
Is a satellite dish or equipment required to use IPTV?
No, you will not need to use any additional hardware or satellite dishes to view IPTV. All you need is the device and we will provide the software or app to view TV.
Are there going to be additional charges once I join?
No, you will never be asked to pay for anything additional once a member. Everything is included in your subscription.
How long after sign up do I have to wait for my service?
Immediately after sign up you will be directed to our members’ area. Within about 4 hours your service will be connected and you will get an email notification as well as listed in your members’ account as service “Active”
Can I watch IPTV on my main big screen TV?
Yes. There are a few options we suggest such as Firestick by Amazon, Apple TV or Android TV. You can also simply connect your PC and/or laptop using an HDMI cable.
Am I able to watch IPTV on several devices simultaneously with a single subscription?
With our basic plans you will be able to view on one device at a time. We do offer additional connections for $3 each per month. You can get up to five additional connections for each account. If you do try to view on multiple devices with one connection could possibly freeze or ban your account.
I'm technologically challenged, is this hard to set up?
We will give you step-by-step instructions on which ever device you are using. This is very simple and in most cases takes a few minutes to set up even for the most technologically challenged person.
Is the content displayed with high quality?
Most of the viewing will be in a minimum of HD. We do offer some programming in 4K and even 8K quality.
Do I have to view advertisements in order to view TV?
Absolutely Not. There are not in app advertisements or TV channel advertisements. Of course you still need to deal with the commercials when viewing TV, we haven’t figured out how to eliminate those yet!
Is this IPTV service legal?
In Xpro TV’s case, Yes it is legal. We use the proper third party content providers in order to get our programming. However, there are many IPTV services that are not. You need to be careful of who you choose in order to avoid problems with you ISP.
